Zoltán Kaprinay
Zoltan Kaprinay is a serial entrepreneur, innovator, and sparring partner in business for top executives, but his journey started in journalism, not business school.
Born in Bratislava, he began his professional path as a journalist and editor. Since 2000, he has been building his career in Budapest, where he co-founded Index.hu (Hungary’s first major news portal), Bónusz Brigád (a pioneering e-commerce platform), and Ipsilon Group (venture building). He was also the first managing director of the iconic A38 Ship.
Zoltan has worked behind the scenes of many cultural, tech, media, and financial projects across Central and Eastern Europe.
He's the father of four and lives between Slovakia, Hungary, and Spain. He’s passionate about helping others become more human, intentional leaders, starting with knowing themselves.
