Štefánia Puzderová

PhD researcher specializing in Business Culture and Intercultural Communication at the UPJS in Košice. Alongside her academic work, she has hands-on experience in corporate and startup environments, currently as a Software Delivery Manager. Her doctoral thesis focuses on intercultural dynamics, the American tradition of corporate culture, and their influence on workplace behavior and communication in international and cross-functional teams.
